Frequently asked questions about connecting schools

Yes. Every school stays in charge of its data and decides what to share with the network – substitute pool, courses or material. Only what is expressly released is ever shared.

The exchange runs through a closed channel hosted in Germany instead of WhatsApp. Access is role-based; the DPA and data protection package are included.

Yes. Existing plans from Untis or Indiware are imported – each school brings its own timetable, and the network lays substitutions and courses on top.
